Ghanaweb-News Opinion - Usually, as soon as one election is over, the next has already begun. MP`s and Government alike concentrate the main time of their time in figuring out, how to win the next election. The first year after is used to give posts and functions out.

The year before the upcoming elections is used often the same way, to make sure that the right people draw the crowds.
The maybe 2 years between this "election times" is used to do something. A bit for the people and equally shared... for them (MP`s & Ministers) alike.
At least, one has to educate the offspring's in US or in UK. And this is serious money.
